Your first Natural Baby Box will be hand packed and dispatched as soon as we receive your order.
For your convieniance we offer a subscription service. If you are a subscriber, payments will be taken on the 2nd of each month and your baby’s developmental play box will be dispatched every 3 months.
Our Subscription boxes are dispatched quarterly.
This is to allow enough time for you and your little one to fully enjoy the products and also to allow your little one time to meet their next developmental milestones.
There is no obligation to subscribe. Many of our customers subscribe for their own convieniance, to avoid missing a milestone. They also benifit from saving £5 a box by joining our subscription community.
Please log in via Member log in, where you will be able to update and amend your delivery address, contact and payment details.
We would love to share our boxes internationally. If you are outside the UK, please send us an email and we can arrange postage.
Postage is free to UK Mainland on all order over £30.
Postage is £3.95 for orders below £30 within the UK
Postage to the Republic of Ireland is £11.50
Postage to The Isle Of Man and The Scilly Isles is £19.20
When you subscribe to Natural Baby Box, we will take full payment for your first box, which will then be dispatched immediately.
Future subscription payments are taken monthly on the 2nd of each month. Your subscription will continue until you request to end your subscription. If you wish to cancel a payment, please ensure you do so before the 1st of the month. Gift boxes do not renew.

Please access your account via Member log in, where you will be able to cancel your plan. Alternatively send us an email before the 1st of a posting month and we can arrange to cancel your plan.
We will ensure that you continue to receive all the boxes that you have paid in advance.
